No, we do not have laundry on-site. There is a laundry place in town ‘Holy Water Laundry’.

Yes, dogs are welcome. Pets must be kept on a leash, cleaned up after, and not left unattended at the RV site. Dog playpen is not allowed.
Each site accommodates max of 3 adults and 3 kids. Additional guests will incur additional charges.
Yes, all our sites are full hookup (water/electricity/sewer).
Yes, there is 10% discount on the daily rate for military.
People’s co-op ( 1736 E 9th st, Trenton ) refills tanks. If you would like to trade your tank in for one that is full HY-VEE and Dollar General does that.
Crowder State Park has great hiking trails and water activities. Black Silo winery nearby has events and tastings. Jamesport is a neat Amish town to visit.
Cancelling a reservation must be done at least 1 day prior to the arrival date for a full refund minus a 5% processing fee. Cancelling a reservation the day of arrival will result in one night fee forfeited. No refunds for early departures.
